Paver patios, concrete and stone walkways, driveways, decomposed granite areas, retaining walls, seating walls and custom stonework. We handle excavation, base compaction, edging and joint sand so the surface stays level and weed-free for years.
Planting of trees, shrubs, perennials and flower beds, plus soil preparation and amendment, mulch and bark installation, colour enhancement and seasonal replanting. We pick species that suit your sun exposure and water budget.

Pet-friendly artificial turf and fresh sod installation over a properly compacted, draining base. Ideal for play areas, poolside lawns and front yards that never seem to fill in. We also handle lawn removal and grading before the new surface goes down.
New sprinkler and drip irrigation systems, valve and controller upgrades, leak and break repairs, zone rebalancing and yard drainage so water moves away from the house instead of pooling in the lawn.

Mowing, edging, blowing, weeding, hedge shaping, seasonal clean-ups and lawn aeration on a schedule that fits your property. Residential and commercial accounts welcome.
Tree trimming and crown shaping, shrub and hedge pruning, palm tree trimming and removal, stump work and full green-waste haul away. Everything is cleaned up before we leave.

Path lights, uplighting for trees and facades, step and wall lighting, plus transformer and timer setup. Low-voltage LED fixtures keep running costs low and let you enjoy the yard in the evening.
Wood fence and gate installation and repair, planter borders, header boards and edging that keep gravel, bark and turf exactly where they belong.

Landscape design and planning, guidance on plant selection, material samples and sustainable, drought-tolerant solutions. You get a clear layout and a written estimate so there are no surprises mid-project.
For most South Bay yards, yes. It stays green through the dry season, needs no mowing and cuts outdoor water use dramatically — which matters during every drought restriction. Installed over a properly compacted, draining base it also drains faster than a compacted lawn, so it is a good fit for pets and play areas.
Where we still recommend live grass is large open lawns that get heavy sun and where you want the cooler surface temperature of real turf.
It depends on square footage, materials and how much demolition and grading the yard needs. A paver walkway, a full front-yard remodel and a backyard with irrigation, lighting and planting are three very different budgets.
That is why we visit the property, measure it and send a written estimate before any work starts. The estimate is free and there is no obligation.
Small jobs such as sprinkler repair or a clean-up are usually a single day. A paver patio or a front-yard turf installation normally runs two to five working days. A complete front and back remodel with hardscape, irrigation, lighting and planting is generally one to three weeks.
You get a schedule with the estimate, and we tell you right away if weather or material lead times change it.
Small and narrow yards do best with drip irrigation on planting beds and a small number of well-aimed rotary nozzles for any lawn area. Drip puts water at the root instead of spraying it onto fences and walkways, and a smart timer adjusts the run time by season.
If your current system floods one side and misses the other, it is usually a zone and nozzle problem rather than a pressure problem — that is a repair, not a rebuild.
